Specifications will be adopted next year
DDR5 RAM has not yet even become an unambiguous standard, since the same 14th generation Cores also support DDR4, but the JEDEC organization has already shared details about DDR6.
So, LPDDR6 memory will offer speeds from 10,667 to 14,400 Mbps and bandwidth in the range from 28.5 to 38.4 Gbps.
As for DDR6, the standard has not yet been finalized, but JEDEC talks about a range from 8800 to 17,600 Mbit/s or even up to 21,000 Mbit/s! That is, this is already the GDDR6X level.
DDR6 specifications should be approved by the second quarter of next year.
