Content support for The Sims Mobile is ending, servers are not shutting down yet

The Sims franchise is available on many devices. It seems that not all versions are very successful

The creators of The Sims Mobile have decided to curtail content support. Starting from January 29, 2024, the game will not receive full updates.

However, the servers of the life simulator The Sims Mobile do not yet intend to shut down (they promise to notify if plans suddenly change) . The developers will periodically restart past in-game events.

However, the future of The Sims franchise will “remain bright.” The other game The Sims Freeplay will (for now) continue to be fully supported, and new additional content is also being prepared for The Sims 4.
