Some people familiar with Cities Skylines 2 thought things couldn't get any worse. However, the Beach Properties add-on was recently removed from sale – and along with it, player buildings disappeared, leaving behind “foundations” that could not be interacted with.

Beach Properties was removed because They wanted to give it away to everyone for free: initially it was a premium add-on. It received devastating reviews – the main game of Cities Skylines 2 is still in a deplorable state, which does not suit the gaming community.

The developers have returned to Cities Skylines 2 with a major update: now content The Beach Properties DLC is part of the main game. Performance has also been improved and support for NVIDIA DLSS technology has been implemented. Various corrections were also made, for example, critical errors that led to a crash to the desktop, the functioning of some achievements, as well as the routes of townspeople were corrected. The developers have confirmed plans to rework the economy.
