Chery sold 143,155 cars in February and boasted an impressive volume of orders for the newest crossover iCAR 03, which may come to Russia

For the first two months of this year, Chery, together with its sub-brands, sold almost 350 thousand cars

Chery Holding Group reported on sales of its cars in February of this year and for the past two months. The statistics are very positive: in February the company sold 143  155 cars — 37.8% more than in February 2023. In January and February 2024, Chery sold 348  019 cars — and here the growth in annual terms is already 69.5%.

Sales statistics broken down by brand look like this:

Chery — 97 562 cars were sold in February, 232 692 cars were sold in January and February (an increase of 41% and 67.1%, respectively, in annual terms);

Exeed — 7910 cars were sold in February, 16  840 cars were sold in January and February (an increase of 56.4% and 71.7%, respectively, in annual terms);

Jetour — 29 017 cars were sold in February, 71 973 cars were sold in January and February (an increase of 76.6% and 121.9%, respectively, in annual terms).

As for the newest iCAR brand, only one car has been presented so far — iCAR 03. And it turned out to be quite popular: 16 728 preliminary purchase requests were collected. It was previously reported that this electric SUV could come to Russia.
