Many players know about the peculiarity of the fan community of the DOOM franchise. The cult shooter loves to launch on the most unexpected platforms – be it a sound wave, a pregnancy test, or even Pokemon spots. The community of the popular large-scale role-playing game Baldur's Gate 3 from Larian Studios also has different enthusiasts.

The author of the YouTube channel Alex Bowen spoke about a non-standard project. He decided to recreate Baldur's Gate 3 for PC from 40 years ago.

He chose the TRS-80 Model 100, one of the first laptops ever released, as his target platform (beginning 1980s). Naturally, you shouldn’t expect graphics on the level of the current Baldur’s Gate 3 – it looks like this, everything here is “drawn with symbols”.
