Apple has already received several patents related to smart rings in one form or another. But the company is working on the technology as a whole, and it should make it possible to create rings for more than just fingers. Of course, it is unclear which of all this will reach the stage of a serial product and whether it will reach the stage at all, but at least according to the patents, Apple is working on devices that can be worn not only on the fingers, but also around the user’s wrist, arm, leg, ankle, neck, head and other parts of the body.
Thanks to this, firstly, Apple can create devices for various use cases, and secondly, expand the capabilities of such rings.
