Apple has reinstated the Epic Games developer account after a four-year ban.
What is known
Apple restored Epic Games' access to their developer account two days after being suspended.
Apple previously closed Epic's account and cited violation of agreements. However, after identifying EU regulators' interest in this matter, Apple changed its position, allowing Epic to resume operations.
This decision opens up new opportunities for Epic: the possibility of launching its own app store for iOS in the European Union, the return of the popular game Fortnite to Apple devices after a long hiatus.
