Vs 2316 MHz

AMD unexpectedly lifted restrictions on overclocking the memory of the Radeon RX 7900 GRE accelerator; innovations are implemented in the Radeon Adrenalin 24.3.1 driver. If previously the memory frequency limit was 2316 MHz, then with the new software version it has increased by almost 23% — up to 3000 MHz.

And there is already the first result of overclocking: in the TechPowerUp experiment, the memory frequency was raised to 2604 MHz (up to 20 GHz), so the memory turned out to be faster than that of the Radeon RX 7800 XT (19.5 GHz as of boxes). In 3DMark Time Spy GT1, the video card showed an increase of 15% — 77.1 FPS vs 72.6 FPS in non-overclocked state.
