Weekly information has appeared on the best-selling games on the UK market. There are a lot of surprises in the top most popular games.
Last week, Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance was able to overtake EA Sports FC 24 and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. The week's best-selling game sold the most copies on launch days on PS5 (62% of copies) and Switch (27% of copies). Xbox accounted for only 11% of SMTV's circulation: V.
Interestingly, this is not a new game, but an improved re-release of an exclusive that was released on Switch in 2021.
The big drop in the rankings was Hogwarts Legacy, which dropped from first place to sixth. Here sales by platform are as follows: PS5 – 37%, Switch – 31%, PS4 – 23%, Xbox – 6%.
