The Autohome resource has published new images of the future sedan of the luxury Chinese brand Hongqi (owned by FAW). The car will be released within a year, and with dimensions of 4980 x 1915 x 1490 mm (wheelbase — 3000 mm) it will be similar to the Mercedes-Benz E-Class and BMW 5 Series.
EH7 features the new Hongqi design with smooth contours and intricately shaped headlights and taillights. The headlights, contrary to modern fashion, are not connected to each other, but between the lights — long jumper.
In the salon — panel of screens with displays diagonal 6 and 15.5 inches, a projection screen is also provided. The infotainment system is based on the Snapdragon 8155 SoC. The unusually shaped steering wheel is noteworthy.
Hongqi EH7 will be an all-wheel drive sedan with two electric motors. The power of the power plant will be 618 hp, and the car will accelerate to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds. The maximum power reserve will be 800 km. There will also be a version with a replaceable traction battery, its range will be shorter — 600 km.
