The iQOO brand today officially introduced the iQOO Neo9 line of smartphones in China. In relation to the previously presented iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro, the new models are one step lower, that is, they are sub-flagships, but in fact, iQOO Neo9 Pro is more powerful than many flagships, as it is based on the top SoC Mediatek Dimensity 9300, which is faster than Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 (even if not by much). Official performance of iQOO Neo9 Pro in AnTuTu 10 — 2.271 million points.
iQOO Neo9 Pro and iQOO Neo9 differ minimally. The younger version of the — SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and an 8-megapixel sensor as part of the main camera module with an ultra-wide-angle lens, while the iQOO Neo9 Pro — the aforementioned Dimensity 9300 and a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 sensor in the same module.
Smartphones received OLED screens with a diagonal of 6.78 inches, a resolution of 1.5K and a frame rate of 144 Hz. PWM adjustment frequency — 2160 Hz. To improve screen parameters and increase frame rates in games, a special iQOO Q1 chip is provided. As for the fingerprint scanner, it is under-screen.
In the main module of the main camera iQOO Neo9 — 50-megapixel Sony IMX920 sensor, like the top-end Vivo X100. Front cameras — 16 megapixels.
Battery capacity — 5160 mAh, both models support 120 W wired charging. Also in the configuration of the new products are stereo speakers, IR emitters, and powerful vibration motors. The OS was Android 14 with the OriginOS 4 interface.
