Infinix has introduced the GT 20 Pro smartphone, which, like the GT 10 Pro, is positioned as an inexpensive gaming smartphone.
The price of the new product has not yet been announced, but presumably it will remain at the level of its predecessor, which cost only $250.
SoC Dimensity 8050 is replaced here by Dimensity 8200 Ultra, and this is almost 1 million points in AnTuTu. It’s far from a record, but at the same price it’s a good option. There are 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory.
The 6.78-inch display with Full HD+ resolution is based on an AMOLED panel, supports a frequency of 144 Hz and stands out with a brightness of 1300 cd/m2.
You can also highlight the main 108-megapixel camera based on the ISOCELL HM6 sensor, a 5000 mAh battery with 45-watt charging and a backlight.
As for the game features, several aspects can be highlighted. The most important thing — a special Pixelworks X5 Turbo chip, which is needed for hardware frame interpolation technology with motion compensation. This chip allows you to increase the number of frames from 60 to 120 fps. But tests will show how well this will be implemented. At the same time, Infinix stated that games such as Free Fire, Call Of Duty and PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) will be able to run at 90 fps, and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail & ;mdash; up to 120 fps.
The company also highlights a massive vapor chamber for the cooling system, an Esports mode for esports athletes, and a linear vibration motor.
